The Skin Barrier Comes First
Most visible skin problems — dryness, sensitivity, excess oil, persistent breakouts — trace back to a barrier under strain. Heat, humidity, pollution, UV and harsh cleansers all wear it down faster than skin can rebuild it.
So before an active is chosen for its effect, it is assessed for what it costs the barrier. Exfoliating acids are paired with soothing agents. Cleansers are pH balanced rather than stripped to squeaky. Treatments are dosed for nightly tolerance instead of a fast, irritating result.
